Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we have needed to alter some of our salon practices. Here are some current changes and information of what we are doing to keep our customers and employees safe.
For the safety of our customers and guests we have installed barriers between stations in our washroom and also in the front payment area.
Our goal is to continue to provide service at the highest level possible. We want our guests and employees to feel comfortable and safe.
Pre-Booking or calling 2-4 weeks in advance will guarantee the availability of your next Dasch Experience. We have numerous options for reserving appointments. You may call 507-257-2444 and someone will assist you (please leave a detailed message on our voicemail), email the salon at email@example.com. Our most popular booking option is thru our website, click the book now button and our system will allow you to reserve your next appointment. When booking online, please remember if your appointment was correctly booked you will receive an email or text message, if you did not receive a notification, please contact the salon.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled time, you forfeit your appointment and will be charged for 50% of the service reserved.
We understand that some clients must suddenly cancel appointments. Based on this, we utilize our cancelation list. You will be offered this as an option should you be unable to reschedule immediately. Our policy states that a minimum of a 48 hour prior to your scheduled service be given upon the request to cancel or you will be required to pay for 50% of your service reserved.
We currently accept: Check, Cash, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. You may request to have your receipt emailed or printed. All pricing subject to change without notice.
For their safety, unless the child is receiving a service and our of respect of our other guests, children are not allowed in the salon/spa area. They must be accompanied by an adult.
Out of respect for others receiving a service, please silence your device. If you are needing sound while receiving services please utilize headphones.
We will issue a full exchange on any product purchased within 60 days with a Dasch Salon gift card. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. All irons or tools must be warrantied through the manufacture. There will be information with each purchase inside of the packaging and cannot be warrantied with Dasch Salon past 60 days.
